Boris Johnson called ‘a nasty piece of work’ by Eddie Mair during BBC interview

This morning Boris Johnson was given a grilling by the BBC’s Eddie Mair, standing in as presenter of the Andrew Marr show (watch below). Mair brought up aspects of the Mayor’s past that he’d rather forget, and repeatedly pushed him on his leadership ambitions. This precedes a documentary by filmmaker Michael Cockerell, to be aired on BBC 2 tomorrow, which is likely to reveal more.
